Coteaux du Layon vinegar

Description : This vinegar comes from A.O.C. Coteaux du Layon wines. Golden yellow colour with amber reflections, with an intense and complex nose of acacia honey combined with candied fruit aromas (pineapple, apricot, quince, apple). 

Use : This rare vinegar leaves room for all imaginations for the culinary art (fish sauces, deglazing of duck breasts and foie gras). 

For Asian cuisine lovers, it will delight your palate. For sweet recipes, it can be used reduced, thus enhancing the taste of fruits (red fruits, apples, bananas, etc...).

Ingredients : wine vinegar of AOC Coteaux du Layon, contains sulphites.

Aged and matured in oak barrels. 7°.

Coteaux de l'Aubance vinegar

Savennières vinegar

Description : 100% Chenin, straw colour with green reflections, intense and complex nose of lime blossom, acacia. Harvested exclusively by hand, this vinegar is the mineral expression of the schists of Anjou. It has a fairly high aromatic persistence. 

Use : This rare vinegar leaves room for all imaginations for the culinary art. It will be ideal for a white butter and to cook white meats.

Aged and matured in oak barrels. 7°.

Anjou Blanc vinegar

Description : 100% chenin, this vinegar is made from A.O.C. Anjou wines. Yellow colour with gold reflections, with a nose of fruit (citrus apple) and freshness.

Use : This vinegar leaves all imaginations for the culinary art, particularly for working with sea products.

Cabernet d'Anjou Rosé Vinegar

Description : This wine vinegar made from cabernet rosé will take on red fruit flavours.

Use : It is perfect for seasoning seafood salads and fish sauces. Very subtle, it will accompany fresh oysters.

Anjou Rouge vinegar

Description : This vinegar is made from A.O.C. Anjou Rouge wines with a high level of acidity which will delight lovers of powerful flavours.

Woody notes characterize it, like the different grape varieties from which it is made: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Use : Ideal for a salad with cheese, deglazing meat and cooking game (rabbit, hare, wild boar, etc...).

Aged and matured in oak barrels. 6°.
